Exchange and Return Policy

Time limit for exchange or return

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

How to request

Contact us by email or through the contact form, providing your order number and the reason for your request.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Products with manufacturing defects will be exchanged at no additional cost.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
